1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the relationship between Lila Label OÜ (later referred to as “we”, “Lila Tea”, or “sipwithlila”) (registry code 17253923, address Telliskivi tn 46/1, Põhja-Tallinn, 10611, Harju County; hereinafter “Online Store”) and the customer (hereinafter “Buyer”) when using the online store sipwithlila.com, placing orders, and purchasing products.

1.2. The owner and seller of the products offered in the Online Store is Lila Label OÜ.

1.3. These Terms apply to all users of the Online Store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.

1.4. The Online Store reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the Online Store’s website.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. The Online Store sells the following products:

  • packaged loose-leaf tea,

  • packaged matcha,

  • gift sets,

  • disposable tea bags.

2.2. All prices are presented in euros. The Online Store is not a VAT-liable entity, therefore VAT is not added to the prices.

2.3. The Online Store reserves the right to change prices. For the Buyer, the prices valid at the time of placing the order apply.

3. Placing an Order and Payment

3.1. To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart, required information fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be selected.

3.2. Payment is made securely via bank link or credit/debit card through Montonio Finance UAB’s payment solution, using the following methods:

  • Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV Pank, Coop Pank, Citadele,

  • Revolut, N26,

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay,

  • credit cards.

3.3. Business customers may request payment by invoice.

3.4. The sales contract is deemed concluded once the Buyer’s full payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

3.5. After submitting the order, a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer.

3.6. If a product cannot be delivered (e.g., due to running out of stock), the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and all paid amounts (including delivery fees) will be refunded no later than within 14 days.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. The Online Store delivers products within the European Union.

4.2. Delivery methods:

  • Omniva,

  • DPD,

  • Smartpost,

  • UniSend.

4.3. Delivery times depend on the chosen logistics provider. The Buyer may check delivery times on the respective provider’s website.

4.4. The Online Store is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days from receiving the goods.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons (business customers).

5.3. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

5.4. If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the product’s decreased value.

5.5. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, except when the reason for return is an incorrect or defective product.

5.6. To withdraw from the purchase, the Buyer must send a withdrawal notification to info@sipwithlila.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The notification must include the Buyer’s name, product name, and order number.

5.7. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notification or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to a carrier within this period.

5.8. The Online Store refunds the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

5.9. If the Buyer chooses a delivery method more expensive than the Online Store’s lowest standard delivery option, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the additional cost.

5.10. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Buyer provides proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

6. Claims and Liability

6.1. The Online Store is liable for defects that existed at the time of transferring the product to the Buyer.

6.2. In the event of a defect, the Buyer must contact the Online Store via email: info@sipwithlila.com.

6.3. The Online Store is not liable for:

  • damage caused by improper use of the product,

  • defects resulting from incorrect or irregular use,

  • delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Online Store’s control.

6.4. The Online Store is not liable for indirect damages.

7. Processing of Personal Data

7.1. The Online Store processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2. The Privacy Policy is available on the Online Store’s website.

8. Copyright

8.1. The content of the Online Store (text, images, graphics, the trademark “Lila Label”) is protected by copyright.

8.2. Copying or distributing the content without permission is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in Harju County Court, Estonia.
