What makes Lila Tea so special?

We put flavour first. Always. Our teas are bold, full of taste, and made to be enjoyed every day. If it doesn’t make you want another sip, we don’t make it.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the EU. But here's a list of countries if you're unsure: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

How long does delivery take?

Depends on which courier you pick, but generally:

Estonia: a couple days.
EU: usually 3–9 business days

You’ll get a tracking link, so you can obsessively refresh like the rest of us.

What’s your return policy?

You have 14 days to return unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened tea can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

What vibe are you on?

  • Need calm? Herbals or fruit tea.
  • Need energy that doesn’t punch your cortisol in the face? Green tea or black tea.

Are your teas good as gifts?

Yes, absolutely! Perfect for people who appreciate flavour with personality. 

How should I store my tea?

Store it somewhere cool and dry, far from sunlight or strong scents. Tea loves calm environments.

Do you offer matcha and café-size packs?
